PROVINCIAL NOMINEEE PROGRAMS
Canadian provinces are allowed to set up their own programs to grant visas to applicants in order to fulfil their specific labour market needs. These are called Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP).
This process consists of two steps: first, the province in question must approve an application, then the federal government must do so as well. The federal government reserves the right to deny such an application if it does not meet federal requirements.
The PNP offers many advantages, including shorter processing times than most Federal Immigration programs. Since some provinces have set up many, sometimes very specific programs and these are modified very frequently, an exact and up-to-date explanation exceeds the scope of this page. We can assist you with applications in all provinces, as our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants are licensed to practice in Saskatchewan and work together with an experienced law firm in Quebec.
SPONSOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS
It is the Canadian Government’s dedication to keep families together whenever possible. As such, certain family members can be sponsored to become Canadian Permanent Residents by a qualifying Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada. Permanent Residents can live, study, and work in Canada.
We provide assistance with the following types of Sponsorship Applications:
- Sponsoring your Loved-One
- Dependent Child or Adopted Child
- Parent or Grandparent
- Other Family Members
With our expertise and experience, we carefully assess you and your family member or spouse’s case to determine your eligibility. Together with you we will then a plan a case strategy, this includes collecting preliminary information, required documents, and supporting evidence to produce your application. We will always attach a legal statement explaining to the officer why the visa should be granted.
